Message	the hinge area will not be pretty. Cleaning it would be a challenge, much more painting it. Pulling trim, especially in an old car WILL result in a lot of broken plastic tabs. A masking job is what $2000 is likely to buy. As Trini says, 5K+ for the paint is getting more like it, but additional monies are needed for trim and weatherstripping because those old parts look awful over the background of a new painted surface. At the very least trim around the windows has to come off or you will not like the results.
